Ogham Wisdom:
Providing. Honour. Empowerment. Kingship.
Are you ready to walk like a king? The oak tree teaches the
importance of embodying the divine masculine qualities (even
if you’re a woman). How sturdy are your boundaries? How
noble and refined are your values? How willing are you to
sacrifice something for the greater good? This can be a time
of rooting deep into the ground, standing strongly and firmly
by truth and honour. It can also be a time of working hard
and stepping into the role of a provider in some way, or reparenting the role of the loving father to yourself and others.
The oak is also connected with doorways, so can speak to a
time of initiation, responsibility and maturity, especially
regarding partnerships with loved ones and honouring any
other men that you hold dear to your heart.
Celtic deity to work with:
Taranis, the god of lightening and thunder.
