Joe’s experience working as chief real estate tax counsel
to the NYC Department of Finance has provided him
deep insights into the City’s assessment appeal process
and preparation of tax projections. Joe serves as
President and member of the Board of Trustees to the
Real Estate Tax Review Bar Association.
