We are working hard to support our Customers in their journey
to Net Zero with a range of Sustainable Solutions to Workwear
and PPE and the associated problems with disposal. In some
sectors, sustainability is more of a challenge, which is why every
small change can help you with your Net Zero Goals. Below are
some of the greener initiatives at Hazchem:
OFFICE ENERGY MANAGEMENT
We keep our energy consumption low in our offices by using
LED lighting, smart working procedures and electronic timers
for our heating systems.
EU MANUFACTURING OF FR WORKWEAR
Manufacturing Technical Workwear in the EU results in less
emissions and a reduced carbon footprint, as well as many
other benefits such as shorter lead times and more control
throughout the design and manufacturing process.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER ‘GREEN’
COMPANIES
Net Zero is also affected by the outside companies we use for
delivering our services such as order shipping. We make sure to
work with companies that share our passion for being Green!
SECURE GARMENT RECYCLING
Our garment collection and shredding service has been
designed to ensure that your brand is protected though the
secure disposal of branded garments. We can also set you up
with a Hard Hat recycling scheme, both excellent ways to
contribute to Net Zero.
