According to the Executive Chef, Portobello’s restaurant will focus on “primarily seafood, fish and a line of select
aged meats like sirloins, rack of lamb and filet mignon.”
He notes that elevating the standard and quality of the food served in all the restaurants is extremely important to
the Grand Lucayan team. In addition to Portobello’s, guests can also dine at Pizzeria Capri, featuring a variety of
homemade, flat-bread, brick oven pizzas, wings, and fresh salads, Waves Bar & Grill, which offers a classic grill
menu and authentic Caribbean specialties, and Aroma Café which offers freshly brewed coffee, sandwiches and
ice cream, served on a breeze terrace café overlooking the ocean.
