The original sundial was made for
Linford Manor. This large ornament
is an icon of its era, mentioned in
the history and Antiquities of the
Newport Pagnell Hundreds.
The Oxted sundial is hand crafted
in a baluster style.
A waisted pedestal, with a strongly
defined square top and base.

This sundial’s elegant shape was
taken from the iconic balustrade
that adorned the original Waterloo
