For this inaugural piece, we are interviewing Anne
Sutton, head of the committee and the FPA9s
compliance director.
WHAT WAS YOUR JOURNEY TO BECOMING COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR AT THE FPA?
Prior to taking on this role I
was the long-time chair of
the FPA SAGA Committee
(Sustainability and
Government Affairs). This
involved reviewing
evolving legislation within
the UK and EU 3 and
looking at the implications
for members. My day job
also encompassed
handling UK and EU and
global government affairs
for a US company.
I'm incredibly passionate about the reputation of our industry, and this
new role really aligned with the FPA9s desire to create a level playing
field, protect the reputation of our industry and safeguard members'
interests.
