a wholegrain ham, tomato and
wholegrain mustard sandwich,
1 fun-sized chocolate bar.
White bread sandwich with
ham, peeled cucumber,
smooth mustard, 1 fun-sized
chocolate bar.

A cup of tea, an apple and 3
garibaldi biscuits.
A cup of tea, a peeled apple and
3 custard creams.

75g (dry weight) wholemeal
pasta, 150g soya mince, 80g
mushrooms, 40g cheddar
cheese, 2 pieces of garlic bread.
