lower-fat, plain yogurt and add your own

Eat shop-bought ice lollies in
moderation as a treat food as they’re high
in sugar.
Some jellies are high in sugar, others
contain lots of sweeteners. Some people
have gut sensitivities to sweeteners,
everyone’s tolerance is individual so see
how you manage.
