Understand how you’re feeling:
The Emotional Wheel
At times it can feel difficult to know what we
are feeling and even more difficult to explain
this to our partner and loved ones. Sometimes
you may be feeling a mixture of emotions that
can be hard to describe.
Designed to help you identify and explore
your emotions, The Emotional Wheel is a
great activity for people who struggle to find
the words to describe how they are feeling.
This should help you to feel more connected
with your body and, as a result, more able to
communicate and reconnect with loved ones.
I feel angry, sad, betrayed by my body
and lonely, but also so grateful to still
be here. I feel all these things at once
and find it hard to make sense of them
for myself let alone talk to anyone else
about them.
