- A flexible learning space for school children and
community groups
- WCs, offices, lift and storage
We need to do this because the cathedral spaces are
inflexible and inadequate for current and future use. The
infrastructure - lighting, heating and decorations – needs
to be upgraded. And the tenfold increase in visitors, who
come to see the tomb of King Richard III, has made the
need more urgent.
We are pleased to be associated with Leicester Cathedral
An established Demolition and Site Clearance company
We're a highly trained team of demolition professionals offering efficient
demolition and excavation services across the east of England. We were founded in 1969
and are Cambridgeshire's premier, independent demolition contractors. Whatever your
demolition requirements, our team will be able to handle them professionally.
We ensure that our team follows all the relevant health and safety standards associated
with demolition and site clearance activities.
That is why we have decided not only to restore our
Cathedral but to transform it.
Creating something new
The project will also build a new Heritage Learning
Centre on the approximate footprint of the 1930s Song
School, preserving the open space of Cathedral Gardens.
It will be a distinct extension to the Cathedral with a
confident contemporary appearance, contributing to the
surrounding environment while remaining deferential to
the historic building and its setting.
All our work is tailored to our clients' exact requirements, and we are committed to
providing exceptional customer service. We're licensed waste carriers and are accredited
to the Alucmus SafeContractor system. Based in Wisbech, we serve customers
throughout East Anglia and the East Midlands. Speak to our team of demolition
specialists to discuss your exact requirements.
