FMEnv’s EA Department already has plans and a
vision for a digital EIA Portal – as a phased build
out from its current project to develop and launch
an online EIA registration system. The EIA Portal
approach seem a logical and sensible plan to
integrate digital systems to the main steps in the
EIA process. The detail and scope of the portal
and prioritisation of its phases of development,
however, could be developed in more detail and be

broader Digital EIA Strategy for Nigerian practice,
