Delivery
depots & map
We have a fleet of delivery vehicles operating out of each of our three depots
to facilitate speedy delivery within our delivery area. Our number one aim is
to get your products to you when you need them – even if you need them
the next day!
Depots
We have three depots – Alton in Hampshire, Coventry in the Midlands and
Basildon in Essex – serving London. Each depot holds good stocks of our
products ready to fulfil your orders quickly.
Free next day delivery
To qualify for free next (working) day delivery you must:
1) Have the goods delivered to a location in Zone 1 or 2
on the map opposite
2) Spend over £100 (Smaller orders are subject to a
carriage change of £20)
3) Place your order before 4pm.
Orders placed between 4-5pm can be upgraded to
next working day delivery for an additional £20 fee
Optional AM delivery is available within Zone 1 for an
additional fee of £20.

Please note: some of the larger products may have an extended
delivery time. We will advise you about this at time of order.
Collect from depot
If you are local to one of our depots and would like to
collect your order (free of charge) please place your order
by phone (only) and let us know which depot you would
like to collect from. We will then check stock for you and
place the order so that the depot can get your items ready
before collection. Collections are between 8am-4pm.

Trade counters
All three of our depots have a trade counter from where
you can buy products directly; perfect for if you are after
something super-quickly!
