Drainfast Ltd undertake to provide free next day delivery for qualifying
purchases when requested, on orders placed by 4pm, subject to stock
availability. Orders placed between 4 and 5pm are subject to a £20 next day
delivery charge. A qualifying purchase will have a value of over £100 with a
delivery address as shown on our delivery map (see page 5). Non-account
customers only: payment must be received before 5pm.
Carriage will be charged on all orders under £100 (ex. VAT).
If special delivery requirements involve overnight delivery services, other
fast delivery or specialist services, then the cost will be charged to the
customer unless otherwise agreed.
Any date or period for delivery stated by Drainfast Ltd is given as an
estimate only and is not binding. Drainfast Ltd does not accept any liability
whatsoever for costs incurred due to late delivery.
In the event of partial damage or loss, a claim on the carriers and Drainfast
Ltd must be made in writing within 3 days of delivery. Non-delivery must be
notified to Drainfast Ltd within 14 days of date of invoice.
Items correctly supplied against a firm order may not be returned for credit
without prior agreement from Drainfast Ltd. Drainfast Ltd reserves the
right to make a percentage charge for restocking of 15% of goods value.
