Eight years after they purchased their first
development plot, Thakeham Homes became
one of the leading land promoters in the
South East, moving to the current offices in
Billingshurst, West Sussex in 2013. By 2018
they had made it to the Sunday Times Fast
Track 100 and in 2022 were recognised as the

Thakenham Homes used MuckStopper at Springbok Estates,
Alfold, a development of ninety-nine housing units. This has
convinced them that the environmental and operational
benefits of protecting manholes, inspection chambers and
road gullies far outweigh the costs. As MuckStopper can be
