DLP activities
6.5.1.1
Check that all information necessary for DLP activities is
available, which might include the following:
• copies of the Health and Safety Plan developed by the
contractor and certified by the CDM coordinator
• sets of administration forms appropriate for the form of
contract being used
• energy performance certificate.
Soft Landings activities
6.5.1.2
Check that all information necessary for Soft Landings activities
is available, which might include the following:
• as-installed information for services, construction detailing,
etc. (if responsible for producing the energy performance
certificate)
• brief from the occupier on their operational requirements
• Part L log book.
POE activities
6.5.1.3
Check that all information necessary for POE activities is
available, which might include the following:
• energy use data, e.g. utility bills.
