Contractor’s technical meetings
These are technical meetings with the subcontractors and are arranged by
the contractor to take place before the contract administrator’s site progress
meetings. The contract administrator may be asked to attend; if so, they should
make a note of any decisions and act appropriately. The contractor should prepare
and distribute the minutes.
