disengaged.
Some suggestions would be that beer businesses have women in key
decision making positions at their companies (at all levels across the
business really!), show a diverse range of women in their marketing,
organise women focused beer tastings or events, promote safety and
inclusivity at their venues, have relevant staff training around these
areas and ask for your customers’ feedback.
It’s an organic learning and engagement process which can reap huge
positive rewards both from a community and economic standpoint.”
