The D Morgan WINNING TEAM – The Country’s biggest CPO Apprenticeship Scheme
Using the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Scheme, taking on the largest intake of civil
engineering plant operatives in the United Kingdom, 81 trainees through our 2 year ‘in-house’ training
programme over 2015/16/17, becoming Competent Plant Operatives (CPO) in our WINNING TEAM
