Gold Support Package - 5 Years
• All Fibre Fox Splicers come with a 3-year product warranty.
• Includes 4 annual services – calibration and replacement of
working parts (Electrodes etc).
• We will collect your unit, and deliver a replacement, so you
are never without a splicer.
• Once serviced we will return your unit and collect the
replacement.
• If your splicer develops a fault, we will send a replacement
and collect the faulty unit, then advise of cost of repair to fix
the damage; then fix the unit and swap back with 7-10 days.
Fibre Fox Service
• To keep your Splicer in top condition, we recommend annual
servicing and calibration.
• The Fibre Fox Service includes a thorough check of the unit
and a full calibration.
• Once inspected we will advise of the costs of any parts
required before undertaking the service in full.
• We will recommend the repair or replacement of any worn
or broken components, to give the unit maximum reliability
on site.
• Cost includes collection and delivery.
