DAYS OF ACTION
In the first event of its kind - never seen nor cycled before - the world’s greatest riders came together in Glasgow and across Scotland, 3-13 August 2023 to
compete at the highest level over 13 UCI World Championships!
Whilst the event was over only 11 days, Markon were working alongside Glasgow City Council for over a month to ensure the venue builds and anti-terror
measures were all in place prior to the event itself, and thereafter for the demobilisation of the venues.
There were significant changes to the requirements on a daily basis which brought a whole host of challenges, however, the Markon workforce delivered the
event with no issues or complaints from the client.
