Laul’s always focused on the revival of his
heritage fine cooking. Including 10 years with
Taj Hotels, Laul has created world-class menus
and offerings, most recently at Omni Fort
Worth Hotel.
Born
and
raised
in
Bengaluru,
India, Chandra graduated with distinction with a degree in hotel management
specializing in culinary. He was selected for
the prestigious and rigorous Taj Management
Trainee Programme, which allowed him to
train in some of the country’s best fine dining
restaurants and gave him opportunities to
work in some of the most distinguished restaurants and culinary groups in India, Canada,
including 8 years with Taj Hotels and now at
Omni Fort Worth Hotel.
