Financial Accounts
Cleaver Property Management will work with your appointed Accountants to ensure that the Financial
Accounts are prepared for your review. If required, we can set you up with our own third-party
accountant which may save you money. We will promptly deliver your year end documentation to
them and assist with any queries or questions that may arise.
We will produce clear and concise records of all transactions undertaken throughout the financial year.
This will mean that your Accountants can efficiently produce your draft accounts. We will assist with
completion of any documentation for HMRC in concert with your Accountants.
Your Accounts Manager will:
Issue service charge demands, Insurance demands, levy or Section 20 demands
Pay contractors, suppliers and insurers
Reconcile bank statements
Manage bank accounts, reserves and sinking funds
Prepare residents statements
Calculate apportionment upon sale of service charge
