Site Visits
Cleaver Property Management is aware of the
importance of carrying out periodic site visits,
and can arrange to visit your property at an
agreed frequency.
The Site Visit will be carried out by your
dedicated Property Manager, who will prepare a
report for any maintenance items documented
during their visit.
We can arrange to meet on site with regular
contractors such as gardeners or cleaners, and
raise any noted problems promptly with
contractors and/or Directors. We will also note
any issue requiring lessee action, or liaise with
local authorities where their action is required.
Meetings
Cleaver Property Management will be prepared
to attend Directors meetings, Annual General
Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings.
We can help with arrangements for AGM's,
either acting as or in conjuction with the
Secretary (please see page 11), by preparing
agendas and distributing Accounts.
The effective communication of decisions
arising from such meetings is important. Our
attendance at meetings can be linked to the
recording of minutes and actions arising.
Cleaver Property Management can then help
with the production and distribution of the
minutes.
