Built on a foundation of family values.
Cleaver Property Management was founded over 25 years ago by Martin and Susan Cleaver. Built on a
foundation of family values, the business was cemented by delivering a high-end Block Management
service. We pride ourselves on the fact that our company has grown mostly via recommendation, but
we’re also proud of the fact that we’ve never grown beyond our core values.
Today, Cleaver Property Management offers a high quality, responsive management service to multitenanted properties throughout Berkshire and the Thames Valley. We work with Residents’
Management Companies (RMCs), Right to Manage Companies (RTMs) and Property Developers, are
ARMA Accredited, and a member of The Property Ombudsman.
We understand the importance of finding the right Property Management
Company. Our Property Managers will liaise with Chairmen, Directors
and residents about the levels of service we provide, to ensure that it's
always kept to a high standard. Most importantly, your Property Manager
will be a familiar voice and face, offering reassurance and reliability.
