We hope to provide a service that means you are
happy in your home and therefore wish to stay,
but we know that people move on for all sorts of
reasons. If you were to sell your property, your
Solicitors would request a Management Pack
from us. This contains all relevant information a
prospective buyer may want to see in relation to
the Management of the property.
We will liaise with your Solicitors from the start
of your sale through to completion, answering
any queries that may arise. We have a dedicated
member of staff who deals with all such
enquiries, so you/your solicitor will have one
point of contact all the way through your sale.
