Coca-Cola GB,for example, was o昀케cial sponsor of Pride in Londonand Brighton Pride in 2023 and teamed up with GayTimes to create Breakthrough with Coke Studio, acampaign giving unsigned LGBTQIA+ musiciansthe chance to gain the recognition and support theydeserve. Coca-Cola is also working with myGwork,the business community for LGBTQIA+ professionalsand inclusive employers.We’re also continuing to focus on helping youngpeople build brighter futures by investing ininternships, apprenticeships and graduate schemes.Through our partnerships with Solihull Collegeand the charities upReach and KARE Ireland, weare offering a variety of workplace opportunitiesto people with disabilities and diverse abilities andthose from disadvantaged backgrounds. This year,we welcomed seven upReach students to shadowour employees in a variety of roles.16At Britvic, we share these values and are workinghard to maintain and build an inclusive culture thatembraces all, prioritises wellbeing and rewardsdynamism. Examples of how we are doing this canbe seen in the work that we’re doing with networkgroups such as B-Proud, which connect and supportLGBTQIA+ employees and straight allies throughoutour organisation, and B-Seen, which is focused onattracting, retaining and championing employeeswith disabilities and diverse abilities.To ensure employees feel energised and happy andencourage dialogue about how our organisationevolves, we conduct anonymous employee surveys.Our engagement scores are stable, high andconsistently above global benchmarks, standing at78 in 2023.17 This indicates that Britvic is a happy,inclusive and engaging place to work where peoplefeel a sense of belonging.16 Britvic Job Experience for Students with Special Education Needs - Solihull College & University Centre17 Employee Heartbeat is a twice yearly employee survey, providing us with valuable insights on employee engagement, what works well in the organisation,and what we can improve. Employees respond to statements on a 昀椀ve point scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Their individual responsesare then converted to a number on a rating scale going from 0 (strongly disagree) through 25, 50 and 75 to 100 (strongly agree).
