If our menus do not fit your requirements, we would be happy to look at Bespoke options for you.
If you have any concerns regarding food allergens please ask a member of staff and you will be
provided with detailed information on each dish.
Our preferred venue styling supplier is ‘Esta’s Chair Covers’ and they will be happy to assist in
decorating the room. You can also supply your own room decorations that we will happily set up
for you on the day.
Kent Sounds are our preferred disco supplier, included in our party packages. We can add a DJ to
your event for an additional £400.00. Please speak to your event co-ordinator to book this
Should you wish to source your own DJ or live entertainer instead, they will need to provide us
with 2 documents:
A PAT Test Certificate
A Public Liability Insurance Certificate with cover up to £10million
The above certificates are also required for suppliers providing any electrical equipment,
such as photobooths.
What do I do next?
Once you have decided on a date, come in and meet with one of the team, together we can
start to put together the details of your event.
Once all of this has been agreed, you will be required to sign a copy of our company terms
and conditions and return this with a non refundable/non transferable deposit of 25% of the
expected value. The final balance will be due 28 days prior to the event.
Full details of further pre-payments are in the terms and conditions and will be required to
be signed to secure all bookings. A copy of our terms and conditions are available upon
request. Due to the economic and market conditions, please look to add around 4% to menu
prices for 2023 & beyond
