What do I do next?
Once you have decided on a date, come in and meet with one of the team, together we
can start to put together the details of your wedding day.
Once these details have been agreed, you will be required to sign a copy of our company
terms and conditions and return this with a non refundable/non transferable deposit of
25% of the expected value. A further 25% is due at 26 weeks & 13 weeks prior to the
wedding day, with the final balance due 28 days prior.
Full details of further pre-payments are in the terms and conditions. A copy of our terms
and conditions are available upon request.
Once your wedding is confirmed with us, you will need to book a registrar to perform your
ceremony. To do this, you will need to contact Medway Registry Office on 01634 338899.
You will pay the registry office directly for this service.
All of our packages include room hire for one room to be used for the entire wedding.
Should you require the hire of a separate ceremony room please enquire about availability
and rates.
Suppliers Information
Our preferred venue styling supplier is ‘Esta’s’ and they will be happy to assist in decorating
the room. You can also supply your own table decorations, which we will happily set up for
you on the day.
Kent Sounds are our preferred disco supplier, included in many of our packages.
You are welcome to hire your own suppliers to provide additional
decorations/entertainment. If electrical equipment is being used within the room, you must
provide a PAT certificate and a Public Liability Insurance Certificate with cover up to
£10million.
Certain other suppliers may also be required to provide additional documentation, please
check with your wedding co-ordinator for our requirements.
