BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL CLEAN AIR ZONE – RECOVERY
VEHICLE EXEMPTIONS
Birmingham City Council will
be introducing a Clean Air Zone
on all roads within the A4540
Ring Road (but not the ring road
itself) on 1st June 2021.
After this date, all vehicles that
do not meet the compliance
standards will have to pay a daily
charge to enter the zone. The zone
will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week, 365 days a year. Further
information on the operation of
the zone and a map showing
the boundary can be found at
