the
Motor Industry
F1 Personnel & Network Training
Partnership (NTP) are combining their
extensive employment skills and training
expertise to develop the Youth Assured Employment Programme for the
Motor Industry as part of the government's Kickstart Scheme.
Delivering quality placements to young adults currently receiving Universal
Credit and much needed young and talented individuals to this highlyrewarding employment sector.
Recruit
Source enthusiastic, hard-working &
resourceful young adults who are
currently unemployed and place
them in supporting & junior roles
within the motor industry including:
the automotive, transportation,
road haulage & logistics sectors
Train
Provide quality training and relevant
skills to assist them now and in their
future careers. Delivering a new
Employability Skills for the Motor
Industry course which will be
externally accredited by the
Institute of Motor Industry (IMI)
Job Role Requirement
Vision
The government are funding the employment & training costs for 18-24
yr olds currently on Universal Credit & facing long-term unemployment.
As a registered Gateway organisation we can help bring young people in
to businesses, large & small, by managing the entire process from job
creation to recruitment & training and HR to payroll & administration.
How it Works; we will

work with you to create the job role
work with the DWP to advertise and source suitable candidates
employ & pay them whilst in the placement at NO cost to you
provide accredited training & mentoring during the placement
provide a digital PATAM identity & skills card to record training & CV
Accredit
After successfully completing the
6-module course: H&S and Induction,
Customer Care, First Aid, Mental
Health, EV & Hybrid Awareness &
Employability Skills they will be
awarded the IMI accreditation and
membership at Associate (AMIMI) level
a minimum of 25 hours per week for a period of 6-months
pay at least the National Minimum Wage
not replace an existing or planned vacancy
not cause an existing employee or contractor to lose their job
or reduce their hours
Programme Checklist
any new vacancy or role such as Junior, Assistant or Trainee or a
position using their knowledge of digital creativity / social media
train to your requirement with the chance to employ them after
the 6-month placement period or start afresh with a new person
guaranteed no cost to you now or in the future (terms apply)
