DELIVERY We use reputable 3rd party delivery companies to ensure your order reaches you safely. You
are insured by Royal Mail up to the value of £38.00, if your order value exceeds this amount we would
advise you request for your items to be sent by Special Delivery. Additional charges may apply, please
ask our mail order team for more details. Please note: If your item is lost or stolen in transit, the carrier
company will be responsible for compensation claims.
This ethical policy serves as a guideline for all of our business practices. Decisions on
whether an organisation meets our ethical standards are taken on an individual basis,
with consideration given to information from recognised sources and input from our
current clients.
PAYMENT
1.We actively seek to work with and support organisations that promote the
interests of their local communities by providing a source of income that will

We accept all of the above methods of payment. Regular customers spending a
minimum of £1000 per month may qualify for VIP account status with 30 days free

2.We actively engage with organisations that offer conditions of employment that
are fair to all their employees; compliant with health and safety regulations; and
where remuneration is reflective of the input hours and overtime, if any, at or
above the local minimum wage.
NOTE Orders can only be despatched once payment has cleared. If you are paying by cheque place
your order and post payment to American Dream, Unit 2, Manhattan Business Park, Westgate, Ealing,
London, W5 1UP. Your cheque can take up to 10 working days to clear at which point your goods will
be despatched.

from quality controlled, reputable suppliers and that pay individual hair donors
fairly and timely.
RETURNS

Returns must be made within 7 working days for a full credit note.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you feel there’s a manufacturing fault with your goods, please return them and
include proof of purchase and covering letter. If you are returning hair, this may
need to be sent to our laboratories overseas for testing, so results can take 6-8
weeks to determine.
