to deliver. When a troubled
scheduled airline was grounded,
we worked quickly to restore
a vital air-bridge to shuttle oil
company workers between
Aberdeen and the Shetland
Islands. Having anticipated
the problem, we already
had replacement aircraft on
standby, and in less than 24
hours launched two BAe 146s
jets to keep the vital link open.
We soon added a third aircraft
and the three jets operated up
to seven crew rotations a day,
with up to 65 passengers a time,
sometimes in severe weather.
All in all, we ran more than 600
crew rotation 昀氀ights to keep the
client’s project on track.

Small details can make a big
di昀昀erence when it comes to
club travel. Our Group Charter
team organised a highly
personalised pre-season tour
charter for a football team. For
this, we sourced an Airbus A340
VIP, with lie 昀氀at business class
seats to ensure the players
would arrive well-rested. At the
airport, the passengers were
welcomed into a private lounge
where they enjoyed pre-昀氀ight
refreshments and were issued
with branded and personalised
boarding passes. On board
we provided branded water
bottles and pillows. We liaised
with the club’s nutritionist to
ensure catering was supplied
in accordance to the players’
needs. The exterior of the
aircraft was also branded with
the club’s badge, improving
their brand visibility.
