On one hand, it is our background in IT and new technologies that inspire us. On the other, it is because we need
to contribute to fighting this horrendous pandemic.
We created the Stop Corona app to help users get safe,
accurate, and needed information about the COVID-19
outbreak, focusing heavily on how to stop its spread and
avoiding being contaminated.
If someone tests positive to COVID-19, the app helps
to find people who have been in contact with them and

We hope that its impact will be considerable in fighting

Our main challenge has been the lack of support to help
scale it up. Although the app is already available on Android, we need support to finalize the iOS version.
We also need support with visibility so that more
people get to know about it and use it. Financial support
could also be useful in maintaining and improving the
product. We are convinced that the app could be mainstreamed and broadened into other facets, now and in
the post-COVID-19 future.
