A unique external structure allows for 3.5m high
column-free space throughout the building and large
windows give panoramic views from each floor.
This modelling project created a number of exciting
technical challenges; the building needed to split
seamlessly in two, revealing hyper-realistic, interactively
controlled ceiling detail. No two floors or elevations are
the same due to the building’s unique structural design.
