On the banks of the Grand Union Canal, the 17-storey, 240,000
sq. ft. commercial building lies opposite Brunel’s Paddington
Station and its remarkable connections. Below-ground
constraints led to a unique external structure that allows for
3.5m high column-free space throughout the building and large
windows that give panoramic views from each floor.
