Membership or Recreation Cards
are required for entry into the
facility. General admission fees
apply for Resident or Nonresident
Recreation Card holders. Please
purchase or renew at the Centennial
Commons Control Desk. Make sure
your occupancy permit has been
updated to include all resident family
members.
2.
Firearms are prohibited in all
University City facilities. Service
animals are allowed.
3.
Please secure all personal items and
keys – Centennial Commons does not
accept responsibility for any items that
are lost or stolen.
4.
Persons using abusive or profane
language will be ejected from
Centennial Commons. Refunds will
not be issued.
5.
On-site personal training (of any kind)
may only be conducted by employees
of Centennial Commons.
6.
The sale of any product or service
and the solicitation of funds are
not permitted in University City
facilities.
7.
Centennial Commons Room
Reservations DO NOT include use
of indoor soccer facility, gymnasium,
cardio/weight areas; nor does it give
the Lessee or guest access to any
other areas of the facility.

Our picnic pavilions are perfect for
family functions such as birthdays,
reunions, and graduation parties and
are not designed for large gatherings
or events.
9.
The City of University City exercises
a HOLD HARMLESS POLICY at
all City facilities. This releases the
City of University City, its agents,
representatives and employees from
any and all claims which may arise out
of any accident or injury caused by the
negligence of the City of University
City, or its agents, representatives,
or employees while using City of
University City facilities.
YOUTH POLICY:
Centennial Commons Cardio Area:
»»Youth ages 9 and younger are not allowed in this area.
»»Ages 10-15 must pass safety orientation and be supervised by a parent or guardian (18+)
Centennial Commons Free Weight Area:
»»Ages 14 and under youth are not allowed in this area.
»»Ages 15-17 must pass safety orientation and be supervised by a parent or guardian (18+)
Centennial Commons Track, Soccer Turf and Gymnasium:
»»Age 10 and under youth must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian (18+)
