The book of Matthew is all about Jesus. It’s one of the four Gospels, the
books that tell us about Jesus’ life. We get to follow Jesus from birth to
death, to his resurrection, and into the clouds as he ascended to
heaven. Thanks to the Gospel writers, we understand who Jesus is—
God’s Son!—and what his life on earth was all about—reaching out to
people with God’s gift of love.
