OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES
We have documented these so that we have an effective
way of communicating who we are, how we behave, what
we are entitled to expect of one another and what our
clients and stakeholders can expect from us.
We always behave with respect, integrity, and fairness, in an honest
and ethical manner, working together to embed the values of
diversity and inclusion in all that we do.
Caring for our people is at the heart of what is important to us.
This means; proactive learning & development; sharing knowledge
with each other; working collaboratively in teams; balancing our
workload across team members; always carefully listening to and
supporting each other.
Safety and wellbeing are an overarching priority in our business, the
safety of our staff and all stakeholders, in the design of our projects
and in everything we do.
Management of risk is essential to the success of our business.
We will only take those risks that we understand, where there is an
appropriate balance between risk and reward.
The quality of our work is critical to us and to our clients, where it is
right the first time, and always checked before it leaves the
business.
