INTRODUCTION
TO THE STRATEGY
BY THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
I am privileged to introduce you to our 70+ Strategic Plan, which builds on our significant growth over the last
three years. It almost seems like a lifetime ago since we had to deal with lockdowns, restrictions and
uncertainty within society on what the future would hold for us all. Over these uncertain years, we have
grown to become a diverse workforce, where I am proud to state that we now hail from multiple nationalities
and almost one-third of our workforce are female.
Our leadership and strategy development teams have continued to grow, evolve and develop, producing
strategic plans aligned with our culture. As part of the development of this 70+ document, we have
challenged ourselves to think deeply about sustainable growth, the challenges the country faces in the
delivery of critical infrastructure and how we align our business to sustainably drive execution and results.
We have considered potential barriers, leadership requirements, the scalability of our process & systems and
how we can continue to retain and attract clients, people and partners who align with our culture.
Throughout this strategy development process, we have tested our approach through the lenses of our core
values and our guiding principles. We believe this approach will allow us to guide ongoing relationship
decisions; ensuring our strategy differentiates us and provides value in the eyes of our clients.
All of this work could not have been completed without the hard work and dedication of our staff and the
assistance of our advisors. I thank you all for your ongoing support and look forward to working with you
over the coming three years during the delivery of our 70+ Strategic Plan.
