Ingredients for 10 servings
110g mineral water
8g water
8g sugar
4 doses of SUCRO
225g red vermouth
Other ingredients
Fresh orange juice
Instructions
•
Make a syrup with the water and sugar.
•
Mix all ingredients in a tall, wide container using a
hand-held electric blender. Skim the surface of the
kirsch mix with the blender to form the air.

Pour the orange juice into a vermouth glass.
•
Using a spoon, very carefully top with air.
