Caramel coated
LyoHigo with Yopol
Ingredients
For the caramel coated LyoHigo with Yopol:
30g LyoHigo
20g sugar
Others:
Yopol
Instructions
•
Put the sugar in a saucepan and heat until it
dissolves and takes on a light golden colour.
•
Add the LyoHigo and stir, until both ingredients are
well mixed.
•
At this point pour the mixture onto a sulphurised
paper and while still hot separate small portions
with your fingers and bury them quickly in Yopol.
•
Keep in a sealed container until use.
