THICKENER
Sautéed Mushrooms
Served in their
Juices
Ingredients for 4 servings
1Kg mixed mushrooms
150g water
2 doses of XANTANA
Other ingredients
400g mixed mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
Instructions
•
Clean the mushrooms and sauté them in a pan. Add
the water and cover. Cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and strain with a cheesecloth,
squeezing well.
•
Set the resulting juices aside.
•
Pour the cooking juices into a tall container. Add the
XANTANA and, using a hand-held electric blender,
mix to a thick texture.
•
Sauté the mushrooms with the garlic, add the
thickened juices and arrange on a plate.
