The Waite Club Children’s Christmas Party c1960. From the 1960s to
early 1990s regular Christmas celebrations were held on the Waite
campus for staff and their families. This photograph mentions the
“Jelly Smearers’ Table” (the children’s table) in the foreground!
Perhaps a tradition to be revived for the 100th celebrations of
Waite next year? Photo taken near the main Waite building.
