This 2-day course is designed to launch a mentor program amongst employees offering the
confidence and certainty required to ensure a successful mentorship program. Day 1 focuses on
the mentors, ensuring they have the skills, tools and understanding required to be a great mentor.
Day 2 is the initial meeting of the Mentor and Mentee and is designed to lay the foundations for
a successful mentoring relationship.
