This course on workplace mental health – psychological health and safety is designed for
organisations that want to create a positive change in their workplace and create a mentally safe
and healthy culture.
This psychological health and safety course helps employees, leaders and managers to understand
what workplace mental health is, how to identify psychosocial hazards in your workplace,
understand and asses the risks, and strategies to manage and reduce the risks.
You will learn strategies for early identification and early intervention when employees are suffering
from workplace stress, bullying or harassment, or exposure to violence and aggression, and ways
to prevent mental injuries and complicated WorkCover claims.
