Contact Officer Training
COURSE OVERVIEW
Delivery mode: In person OR Virtual
Duration: Half Day
Contact Officers are employees trained to provide other employees with information and
impartial support regarding issues of discrimination, harassment and bullying. They also provide
clarification about the employer’s policies and complaint procedures.
This session contains everything in the 90-minute Harassment, Discrimination & Bullying –
Employee Session, but also goes into more detail around the Contact Officer role itself.
Suitable for new Contact Officers or as a refresher for existing Contact Officers.
This session also includes time for Contact Officers to share their experiences in this area to
date and explore different ways of handing each situation.
