A practical workshop that sets out to assist work teams to set the values that will assist them
in decision making, acceptable behaviours for the team and holding each other accountable.
We all have values; they form part of who we are. Even if you have not consciously reflected
upon them, they are there. Formed during our childhood and early adolescence, with
influences from our parents and family, peer group and wider societal events at the time.
Our values help us to make decisions every day about what is acceptable and what it not,
right and wrong, good and bad.
Values from a team or organisational perspective do a similar thing. However, you will always
get better buy in to the values that are set if you involve the team in the process.
