Clare Linane
Clare Linane has managed a Major Depressive Disorder since she
was 17 years old. She has three psychology degrees and has more
than 20 years facilitation experience. She combines her personal
learning and formal studies to deliver a powerful workshop that
changes lives.
She is fascinated with why people behave as they do at work, and
the dynamics that play out in teams. She is accredited in MBTI and
HBDI and regularly facilitates workshops to help teams understand
and embrace their difference in thinking style and personality, to
gain better results.
Clare’s other passion is mental health; in particular the role the brain
plays in maintaining good mental wellbeing.
Cameron Walker
Cameron Walker is an advocate for shifting businesses’ focus
on safety from legal obligation to a genuine investment in their
workers’ wellbeing. His passion stems from personal experience,
having suffered a serious workplace injury that resulted in physical
limitations and affected his mental health, forcing him to shift
careers.
With over 18 years of experience in workplace health and safety,
Cameron is determined to help companies prioritise and improve
worker safety, making it part of their culture. He is an expert in
prevention, mitigation, and management of workplace injuries and
incidents, helping workers to arrive, work, and go home safely.
