Michael is an experienced Occupational Physiotherapist and Injury
Prevention Specialist who has worked in a wide range of private,
public, corporate and industrial health settings in Australia and UK,
including 15 years as a Clinical Physiotherapist contracting to the
Australian Defence Force.
As an Occupational Physiotherapist, Michael specialises in helping
businesses develop and implement proactive strategies to reduce
the costs of workplace injury and cultivate a positive workplace
culture that prioritises health, safety and wellbeing.
Michael provides proactive, injury prevention and risk mitigation
services for many organisations, including WorkCover and
Corporate clients.
Marianna Barba
Marianna helps business professionals ensure compliance in
First Aid and Mental Health First Aid. She works with clients to
understand their duty of care in workplace safety, specifically First
Aid training and Mental Health awareness.
Marianna manages compliance in three areas:
1. Ensuring the right number of First Aid Officers are trained,
2. Having the proper equipment in place, and
3. Engaging policies, procedures, and employees in the process
Having owned multiple businesses, including a large franchise
group, Marianna understands the pressures companies face in
delivering compliance. She prioritises the needs of her clients,
ensuring minimal disruptions to their core operations while
effectively managing compliance. Marianna’s services are an
extension of her clients’ businesses, providing them with peace of
mind that compliance is well-managed.
