We are here to help make your gifting
experience as seamless as possible, but there
are a few easy ways you can help set yourself
up for success. Use the Bulk Order Form
and have your recipients' details ready to
save yourself valuable time. This year, due to
increased demand, it's also more important
than ever to order early. By taking advantage
of our preorder you can secure your choice of
hampers before they sell out. To ensure your
recipients get your thoughtful gift before
Christmas we are recommending you select a
dispatch week in November.
How do I set up a corporate account?
Set up an account with us by clicking Login in
the top right corner of our home page. Here
you will be able to enter your contact details,
including company name, billing address,
ABN, and preferred payment method.
Within your account you can also enter
regularly used delivery addresses so that you
can conveniently select these at checkout,
without the need to enter delivery addresses
each time you order.
How can I add branded ribbon and card to
my order?
Make sure you have registered with our
website and are logged in to your online
account. At the checkout select ‘YES’ to the
question ‘Would you like corporate branded
ribbon or gift cards?’
Select from the ribbon and gift tag options
available or contact us to have some sample
gift tags designed.
You will only need to upload your company
logo when placing your first order. If we already
have your gift tag artwork on file, select 'gift
tag 12'.
Proceed to the checkout to complete your
order.
Note: If you have approved artwork for your
account previously this will continue to be used
until you inform us via email of any changes.
How do I use the Bulk Order Form?
Download the Bulk Order Form, fill in your
recipient details, hamper selections and
gift messages. Save the form and email to
coroprate@thehamperemporium.com.au for
your order to be processed. An invoice will be
sent to you once this is complete..
How can I track my delivery after placing an
order?
When your order is dispatched from
our warehouse you will receive an email
notification. This email will contain tracking
details for your order.
You will receive a separate email with tracking
details for each delivery address in your order. If
you would not like to receive these emails you
can select this option on your Bulk Order Form.
